Krups Secrets for Perfect Milk Frothing

1. Start with cold, skim milk. You can also use 1% or 2% milk, but skim milk makes the lightest fluffiest froth.

2. Use a Krups stainless steel pitcher (12 oz. or 20 oz.) which has been chilled one or two minutes.

3. Fill your pitcher about 1/3 full with milk.

4. Let the milk sit a minute or two after heating and your froth will get thicker.

5. Wipe the nozzle clean with a dry cloth after each use (the nozzle is very hot so use caution). To get rid of dried-on milk, soak the nozzle in seltzer water.
